●Kindly note that balloon best condition will be the FIRST day and will slowly deflate in 2-3days time. Recommend to be delivered on the event day itself.

●Balloons is very fragile, avoid contact with sharp object, hot temperature, strong airflow from fan and avoid putting inside a car without turning on air-cond. Balloon is deflating in a faster rate at outdoor compare to indoor condition.

●Delivery time frame: 10am-1pm / 1pm-3pm / 3pm-5pm (recommend to be delivered 1-2 hours before event due to balloon floating duration)

●Delivery Area: Klang valley only 

●Delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout(by lalamove)

●Self-pick up at Klang (MPV / Van only)
